Please be aware that public holidays can affect your expected delivery date. Please note we can be unable to deliver on public holidays. All orders come packed in our boxes, free of charge.

Returns 

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from DDM, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to claim your free return (in the condition you received them with all brand tags attached to the item) for a refund according to the terms and conditions. 

To Return Your Item:

• Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package.

• Please have the package ready for drop off the parcel to a DHL Collection Point or a post office point. 

• Returns have to be made at the following address: 62, rue Sainte-Marie, 94160 Saint-Mandé,  France. 

Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected according to the terms and conditions, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
